Our Story.

The Lifecycle Concepts (TLC) is a dynamic and entrepreneurial group that specializes in F&B conceptualization and operations consultancy. With a collection of distinct food, beverage and lifestyle brands successfully operating in Singapore, we constantly seek to inspire and develop ideas with a creative and effective approach.

In the same spirit, owner and managing director of The Lifecycle Concepts, Mr Lee Choon Khim, believes in providing a complete solution and together with this team, is also involved in running the outlets operationally. With his passion in the lifestyle business starting as early as 1988, Mr Lee's aspiration was manifested when he founded Urban Group in 2008 – the establishment that manages CM-PB Contemporary Melting-Pot and Bar at Dempsey and vintage themed restaurant The Coastal Settlement at Netheravon Road.

The Lifecycle Concepts is a brainchild of Mr Lee to manage the increasing F&B projects undertaken with his partners such as Unplugged, 酒庄Jiu Zhuang, Urban Pot in Guangzhou and Settlement's Lounge. His portfolio also includes associated joint ventures such as Symmetry, Xiao Ya Tou and most recently, Coastal Rhythm Café and Bar – a collaboration with the all new Cable Ski by The Singapore Wake Park.

Each establishment brings a collection of perspectives with their distinct identity in décor and food. The Lifecycle Concepts is constantly reinventing products and experiences to offer a unique and lasting impression to all our guests.
